Welcome to GLP-1 Observer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GLP-1 Observer website and services (the "Service") operated by Bio1Up ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

GLP-1 Observer is a clinical trial tracking dashboard that aggregates and presents information about GLP-1 and related therapeutic clinical trials. The Service provides daily updates on trial status, timelines, results, and competitive landscape analysis.

2. Account Terms

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may only create one account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service to:

• View and analyze clinical trial data for personal or professional research
• Make informed decisions based on the information provided
• Share links to our public pages with others

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar technologies) to access, collect, or harvest data from the Service
• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or republish dashboard content, data presentations, or visualizations
• Use any content from the Service for training machine learning models, artificial intelligence systems, or similar technologies
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Service data or content
• Circumvent access controls, usage limits, or authentication measures
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, data compilations, and visual presentations are owned by Bio1Up and are protected by intellectual property laws. Our data aggregation, analysis methodologies, and presentation formats are proprietary.

While underlying clinical trial data from sources like ClinicalTrials.gov is publicly available, our specific compilations, visualizations, derived insights, and value-added analysis are protected intellectual property.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Disclaimers

Not Medical Advice: The Service provides information about clinical trials for research and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIO1UP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the content
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers or data
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bio1Up and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
